Your Questions

What is included in Pet Sitting?

Pet sitting includes a sitter coming to your home, staying the night and providing the care discussed at the Meet & Greet such as: feeding, refreshing water bowls, potty breaks and/or walks, play time, brushing, and snuggles.

Do you pet sit other pets besides dogs?

Yes! We’d love to meet your feathery, scaley, or slithery friends. Please provide us with some specific examples of breed and we’ll happily let you know if we can take care of your pet!

What is a drop-in?

A pet care professional comes to your home for a walk, enrichment, feeding, and or potty break. You let us know your needs and any care required for your pet. You book an amount of time you feel would be needed for your pet’s care. We offer a few choices for time.

How do I prepare my home for a pet sitter who is staying the night?

We ask that your home is clean prior to leaving such as no overflowing trash or dirty dishes.  We want our pet care professional to have a clean, safe environment to work and sleep in.  Close off any areas you don’t want your sitter or pet in.

We require all sitters to clean up after themselves and leave the home as found.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes! Proudly.

What is a meet & greet?

Meet and greets are a mandatory free service provided to new clients so you and your pet can get to know us and our company better. This typically takes place in your home and should last no more than 30 minutes. We will discuss care instructions as well as your pet’s personality and habits.

My dog is reactive, do you accept those type of dogs?

This is what makes a meet & greet amazing!

We can discuss these details with you to decide if we’re the right fit for your pet.

I need a last minute pet sitter! Can you help?

We prefer booking in advance for pet sitting services by at least two weeks. Please reach out to us if you need expedited pet care and we can try to fit you into our schedule.

Do you walk dogs with other dogs?

We do one-on-one walks so our staff has time to bond with your dog and allows them to provide the personalized exercise, attention, and care they deserve.

If you’re looking for group walks (also known as pack walks), check out our Daytime Adventure!

My dog needs specialized care, can you help?

We have worked with all-types of animals with special needs.

If your pet has special needs such as needing diaper changes, is stroller-bound, neurological issues or needs medication administration… we are here for you! Schedule a Meet & Greet for us to understand your pet’s individual needs.

Is there a cancellation fee?

We understand things happen but any pet sitting cancellations under one week will incur this fee.  For non-emergency pet sitting cancellations, you are responsible for a 50% non-refundable fee.
